Reporting illegal content

Captain names, flags and chat messages come from players. If you find something illegal in the game, write to the e-mail address above with: where you saw it (captain name, port or time), why you think it is illegal, and your name and e-mail (unless you report child sexual abuse material). We look at every report promptly, act on it (rename, removal, ban) and tell you what we decided. The rules are in the terms of use.

Disputes

The game is free and sells nothing. We are not obliged and not willing to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
